Spellbound

I think I have figured out my house problem. I realize our state is in a depression and our housing market is slow, but still, my house is a nice one and in an excellent school district. I have the location. The setting is ideal.

However, my ex did not want to get divorced. He really didn't want to leave the house, either. I had to get a court order after we were divorced (about a year after I had filed - that was one long year) to get him out of it.

I think he must have put a spell on the house. It makes perfect sense to me.

Who knows a good spell breaker?

Too bad you can't leave the responsibility of selling the house to your ex!!  What about renting out your house for a few years with the option to buy for the tenant??  That might work.  Just a thought.

Take good pictures of the house, make copies and post at coffee shops exc...even run an ad in the paper with a pic.
A good real estate agent would have sold that house by now.
Post everywhere you can think of.  I know alot of people are not aware there is a good program for 1st time home buyers with little or no money down on their first home.

I heard if you bury some kind of statue in the backyard you'll sell your house or is that be able to buy one??  No it's sell.  Anywho, we are feeling the same thing here, houses for sale everywhere, people losing them too.  I think time will cure your problem, I hear now that gas is cheaper people can buy houses again.   Maybe if we all send happy thoughts your way...
