Who needs it?

Temperature: 90°F 32°C

Conditions: Fair

Winds: W 15 MPH W 24 KPH

Relative Humidity: 88% Barometer: 29.89 Steady

Visibility: 9.00 Miles 14.48 Kilometers

Feels Like: 114°F

Humidity is only 88%, and it makes 90 degrees feel like 114 degrees. Yes, it's warm here and no, I don't have any air conditioning. We haven't hit the hottest part of the day yet, either.

Frozen north? Not always! But six months ago it might well have been 14 below zero.

I am fine with the heat now, I just needed a day of it to get used to it again inside. It was only about two months ago that we got that late winter foot of snow unexpectedly.

I hope everyone else is enjoying the summer! I am going walking :)

xoxo

I know that you can buy those portable  "air conditioning" units at  Wal-Mart, but I don't know how well they work.  Do you have any electric fans?
What's the normal temperature for this time of year there?

All I can say, is you are a better woman than I am.  I can't go very long without a/c.........I love it!  I am learning to live with the a/c set at 73 degress however. I used to have it around 68.   Hope all is well with the beagles.   Anne

Normal for now is 77 degrees, the record is 93, and right now it's 92. Looks like we will fall short of the record by 1 degree. Has anyone else noticed that on the AOL weather that none of the records are past 1999?

Oh no ... did you say no air conditioning????
Hope all is well and if I haven't mentioned it yet
"shame on the girl child for not watching your
dogs so you could visit Florida". Actually it would
make more sense for you to visit in the winter
time. You know ... to escape that arctic chill and all!
